Payments
Projects begin after receipt of a deposit. Refund and subscription policies are outlined in project agreements. Payment milestones and delivery timelines are specified per engagement.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of models and modules: Custom assets remain the property of the client once final invoices are settled. Pharaoh's Forge may reference non-confidential work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Liability Limits
Disclaimer for digital fabrication: We are not liable for production issues arising from unauthorized changes, misuse of provided assets, or deviations from recommended processes. We are not liable for third-party service performance.
Age Requirement
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and over. Users under 18 may use this website only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to our business or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to Egyptian law.
Jurisdiction
