From Zamalek to global

Our Story

From a small Zamalek atelier to a global digital craft leader, Pharaoh's Forge has grown by staying true to one mission: empowering artisans with tools that honor heritage while accelerating innovation.

2016

Forge Founded

A small atelier opened in Zamalek to explore how parametric modeling could preserve traditional ceramic forms while speeding up prototyping.

2018

Material Lab Expansion

We built a material testing lab to document glaze recipes, firing curves, and structural tolerances for complex forms.

2021

Automation & Telemetry

Programmable kiln controllers and remote monitoring brought reliable outcomes for high-volume studios.

2024

Immersive Education

Our VR workshop series launched to help studios and universities prototype together across borders.

What drives us

Mission

How we think

Philosophy

Material science meets ancient techniques. We believe the best digital tools amplify—never replace—the artisan's hand and cultural knowledge.

Heritage first

Every engagement begins with research into regional craft traditions and material language.

Digital clarity

We model with production realities in mind, minimizing waste and maximizing repeatability.

Collaborative learning

Education is embedded in every project so studio teams gain long-term autonomy.

Gallery-ready outcomes

We design with display, lighting, and spatial storytelling as core considerations.
